Rambling leads to new ideas, new friends, new adventures and to people simply getting tired of listening to me.
Today we spent most of the day in China Town. The dragon, which most of us associate with Japanese culture, actually belongs to the Chinese. Their temples are much more colorful and full of dragon depictions. Almost every building had a dragon on it. We ate at a chinese buffet that was so-so, especially after the long wait. There was lots of small store shopping available here.

I am a 28 year old nurse. I worked in a suburban hospital ER for the last 6 years. I made the best of friends there, and learned a lot about nursing, life and myself in general. Now I have made the big move to a village in Northern Quebec called Inukjuak. I work as a nurse in a CLSC with the Inuit community. I am excited to emmerse myself in a new culture and a new way of life. Hopefully I will return to Montreal a new and better person with a new lease on life.
